Harley Mortenson

We’re delighted that Harley Mortenson joined Vulcan Precision in January 2023, on the fast track to becoming our Shop Foreman. If his last name sounds familiar, he is Henry’s youngest son, our Master Craftsman and Operations Manager.

Harley is very prompt and dependable, hard-working, and attentive. He has good problem-solving skills, is a fast learner, and quickly moved from preparing parts to applying rubber to parts, running our press and the lathes. Harley has a quick sense of humor, is a great coach and teacher, and gets along with everyone.

Vulcan’s owners, Duane and Lori, have known Harley since birth and are very proud and excited to watch him learn and grow.

Harley’s hobbies include hiking, skiing, walking his dogs, camping, and playing board/card games.
